Our dedicated team of professionals, staff and student mentors are committed to enriching the quality of your university experience and ensuring your academic success at the University of Ottawa.

In collaboration with the Faculties, we have developed and implemented a number of innovative and responsive programs and services that promote and support student learning, transition, retention and that also reflect the variety of different student learning needs, experiences, interests and cultures.

Last year over 12,000 students took advantage of one of our many free services, including the Student Mentoring Program, Counselling and Coaching Service, Academic Writing Help Centre, Career Services, Aboriginal Resource Centre, Access Service and Office for the Prevention of Discrimination and Harassment.
