Access Service
Documentation
Adaptive measures are put into place for students with a documented condition to create a barrier-free academic environment and the best possible learning conditions for all students.
Determining what adaptive measures to put into place is based on:
- a psycho-educational assessment report, or
- a letter from a family physician or other health specialist. Functional evaluations performed by Access Service specialists also provide valuable insights.
Documentation is normally provided by the student upon registration and is reviewed by Access Service specialists.
Adaptive measures recommended by Access Service specialists are fully documented.
