Recruitment Interviews

On-campus interviews

To simplify your recruitment, the University of Ottawa has interview rooms specially designed to accommodate your recruitment team. Come and meet candidates on campus.

Cost:

  • Interview rooms are free of charge during regular business hours: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday.

  • There will be a $100.00 per hour administrative fee to reserve interview rooms outside of regular business hours.

Interview facilities at your disposal

University Centre ( 85 University St.):

  • 1 boardroom that accommodates up to 10 people
  • 2 interview rooms that accommodate up to 4 people
  • waiting area

Sports Complex ( 801 King Edward Ave.):

  • 11 interview rooms that accommodate up to 3 people
  • briefing room
  • waiting area

Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis. We advise you to book your interview room(s) as soon as possible to guarantee availability.
